Accounting and auditing service records
An enquiry may include contact details, organization or business information, the requested service, relevant reporting period, and a high-level description of the records involved. Confidential accounting records must not be sent through the public contact form.
After a written engagement and secure transfer process are agreed, the operator may handle ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, bank or payment records, reconciliations, payroll or tax-support records, contracts, control documentation, management representations, audit evidence, working papers, findings, and correspondence needed for the defined service.
This information is used only for engagement assessment and administration, record organization, reconciliation, reporting, control or exception review, audit preparation, delivery, quality review, billing, dispute handling, security, retention, and legal or professional obligations. Access and sharing must follow the engagement, confidentiality controls, and applicable requirements.

- Initialize and independently verify payments, prevent duplicates and fraud, create receipts, and maintain financial records.

The legal operator must confirm and document the applicable legal basis for each processing purpose before production, including contract, consent, legal obligation, and legitimate interests where those bases apply.
5. Payment information
Payment checkout may be provided by an external payment processor. That provider handles payment credentials under its own privacy and security terms. Millions Osusu Goddess receives transaction identifiers, channel and status information, amount, currency, timestamps, and other verification details needed to reconcile a payment.
A mobile redirect or callback is not accepted as proof of success. The server verifies the transaction with the payment provider before creating a successful financial record.
6. Retention, account deletion, and records
Information is retained only for the period needed for the purposes in this notice, contractual and support obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, backups, and applicable financial, tax, regulatory, and legal record-keeping requirements.
An account-deletion request may be subject to a cancellation period and settlement blockers. When deletion is completed, information that is not required is deleted or anonymized. Financial transactions, immutable ledger entries, payment evidence, audit records, disputes, and other regulated records may need to be retained and access-restricted instead of erased. The final legal retention schedule must be published or made available by the operator.
7. How information is protected
Engineering controls include hashed passwords and PINs, encrypted or masked sensitive values, private file storage, access permissions, administrator multi-factor authentication, session and rate controls, security logs, server-side payment verification, immutable financial records, backups, and monitored operational processes.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Members must use unique passwords, protect OTPs and transaction PINs, keep devices secure, and report suspected compromise promptly. See the security page for practical guidance.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may ask to access, correct, update, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information, or withdraw a consent that is relied on for optional processing. Some requests may be limited where the operator must retain financial, fraud, security, dispute, or legal records.
You may also manage notification permissions on your device, update account information through available app controls, close an eligible account, or complain to the appropriate data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already carried out lawfully.
9. Privacy contact and updates
Submit privacy requests through the official contact channel or write to 0 Road beside MAXIME PHARMACY, Amachai 1. The operator may request information necessary to verify identity and protect the account before fulfilling a request.
This notice may change when services, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates should be communicated in the app or another appropriate channel, and fresh acceptance will be requested where required.
